1. How do I book a bike?

You can book a bike by filling out our online reservation form. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you need assistance, please contact us through Facebook, LINE, or email.

2. How much is the deposit?

We require a 5,000 THB deposit per bike, which will be refunded upon returning the bike in good condition.

3. What documents do I need to rent a bike?

Each renter must provide a passport (1 per group) when picking up the bike.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit card and bank transfers.

5. Can I extend my rental period?

Yes! Please inform us in advance via phone or email. Without prior notice, a late fee of 1,000 THB per day applies.

6. What accessories are included?

We provide bike locks, bottle cages, and front & rear lights for free. Helmets are available for 50 THB per day.

7. What happens if the bike gets damaged or lost?

You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the bike during your rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

8. Where do I pick up and return the bike?

Bikes can be picked up and returned at MT. Bike Shop during our business hours. If you require delivery or pick-up at another location, there will be an additional charge based on the distance.
